Caribbean Governments must create/establish a DISASTER FUND. 1% of GDP must be yearly put into this fund. We must stop relying too much on foreign countries to take care of us when disasters strike...it is a form of "saving for the rainy day"...

These strange foreign people will acquire or small parcels of lands and leave us dispossessed. Our governments are heartless and blind to the issues of their people. All they can see and boast about is the income they are collecting from selling our birthright. They are not concerned to build proper roads or other infrastructure with this tainted money that they acquire from those foreigners. They know that that are engaged in evil by selling properties that don't belong to them. They are bringing back a new kind of slavery that will again leave us as strangers in our own land. The majority of our people refuse to question and challenge what governments are doing. We have given these political wretches more than the vote. We have given them our brains and minds. We have sold our selves for freeness. Our young people will be poorer than their parents because their lands have been taken away. Lands are the only REAL PROPERTY. Europe who seeks only its own interest has been advising Caribbean leaders of the dangers of selling its passports (lands) to foreigners. Their egos are too big and they have no plans for the future of its citizens...how dumb and blind...Those wretches will have a front row seat in hell.
China stealing intellectual property and technology....big joke and hypocrisy..Europe and the USA have stolen everything useful from Third World Countries. They have even kidnapped scientists and put them in their Labs. They became "Great" by stealing and plundering... They take away our most brilliant people and inventions and technologies. Now that China has learned from them and giving them a taste of their own medicine they can't tolerate it...haha...."MAKE----GREAT AGAIN"

Our School System needs serious and urgent restructing if it is to meet national goals and aspirations. It must be held accountable for poor performances and failure of students and breakdown of morals and standards in the country. We must start by placing competent people to Head our Ministry of Education and other Institutions of learning...there are too many people who are hired to teach and who possess little KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS in particular SUBJECTS and the Art of TEACHING...Why should CXC results continue to be poor and dismal year after while we continue to employ the same people in the classroom?

Most of the people need to start planting crops to feed themselves and growing flowers to beautify their houses.. .there are too many idle people and idle lands. They sit and talk all day and do nothing to improve their environment. Their animals roam freely destroying the few gardens and annoying the owners. They have become so used to getting greenness from government that they are waiting to get free food to. Shrubs and trees cover the arable lands and there are no gardens. Few neatly flower gardens can be seen even around large and expensive houses it is time for people to get up and clean up and plant up. It is the responsibility of the people to feed themselves and enhance the beauty of their homes. GROW WHAT YOU EAT.....Imported GM AND SYNTHETIC FOODS will kill us. .clear the land and plant seeds and flowers...make your island safe and green and clean. .
Some Caribbean Governments are reckless an dishonest and unpatriotic and foolish .They are selling out our islands/countries by selling our passports to all kinds of foreigners as well as planning to sell drugs (marijuana/ganga). Is that in the best interest of the people? Is that what they learnt at university? Is that how the Asian countries (Japan n Indonesia n Hong Kong among others) developed their economies? Our so-called Leaders and governments are intellectually bankrupt and morally vacuous. What will the Caribbean be in 10 years? The best method of developing a sound economic base is through a strong EDUCATION SYSTEM and STRUCTURED ECONOMIC PLANNING led by SENSIBLE LEADERS AND GOVERNMENTS. Those charlatans who pose as leaders and politicians are are danger to our islands/countries. As long as the majority of our citizens languish in poverty and ignorance and idleness (unemployment) then we will saddled with those worthless "honourable" bandits. GOD HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!
The establishment of Marine Protected Areas is a plot against our fishermen. It is designed to take away the community fishing grounds and hand them over to the people in yachts...who are these areas protected from and for...the fishermen have lost their fishing grounds and what are they given in return? The principle of pro quid pro (something for something) should apply....our fishermen used only their seines and fish pots and hook n line...they never "raped" the fishing grounds.. they knew where and when to fish...now there are those strangers with sophisticated gears who do as they please. Yachts take our our bays and deposit their shit and other wastes while you tell us this is PROTECTED AREAS and we can't fish there...i can't bathe in those mess areas any more...lumps of mess floating ashore...
There is a huge difference between :"Several year's experience and one year's experience several times".The former is growth and development while the latter is repetition and stultifcation we must be aware of the difference and try to be innovative and willing to try new ways of operating. Many organisations "die" because leaders who use the same modus operandi year after and wonder why the cannot attract new members as they lose old members... small societies are famous for such boring dinosaurs. They kill groups and refuse to step aside as they act as if they own the club or organisation. Some entertainers are like that too .. .Scholar and Inspector are useful examples....
I now understand and appreciate why some people(who can afford to) go to live in isolated and gated communities and even foreign countries. They want peace and serenity and escape from noise terrorists who bombard them with "music" all day, every day and the stray animals and the squalor of the slums. They desire to have quiet enjoyment which has become very elusive...i think I will relocate to the remote hills...
Who will write our history and stories and poems and drama...who will be our sociologists and explain our culture...Miss Christine David and Mr. Terrance Mc Lawrence and Mrs. Uneda Daniel who wrote a Cookbook..Our Secondary schools MUST encourage young students to peruse studies in the Arts - Literature and History and Sociology...we need also Vets and Surveyors...if we fail to change our focus then strangers will be telling our life story and looking after us while continuing to exploit us with the help of our dunce politicians and their stooges..the blind leading the blind..
Our new Education System will need to focus on Social Skills of Etiquette and Good Manners and Verbal Communication and Romance.....we need to assist young people to be more polished and strive for High Ideals...Literature must be included at all levels...Drama and Poetry and Prose to expose them to aim for Self Actualization..
Thanks to The Most High the rains have arrived and the wet season has begun....i can start my garden...i am so excited.i have observed from Lauristan to Harvey Vale there is no sign of agricultural activities...no gardens! Sheep and goats continue to roam freely...How do we intend to feed ourselves? What is the function of the Ministry of Agriculture? What incentives are offered to farmers? Have you seen the prices of vegetables and fruits? Okras are sold at $1; Ginger $10 a pound. Why doesn't the government offer subsidy on fencing wires and posts? Why are seeds and cuttings not distributed to the population? Where is Carriacou headed? Can we develop and feed ourselves driving around 8400 acres playing music day and night? Is this disregard of/for agriculture and gardening an indication of progress that we want continue? In L'Esterre there is not one cow and only five gardens (small farms). We had a severe dry season. Why strategies are being planned to minimise the effect next time? Does the Authorities care about the people who earn a living by growing flowers year round? MPLA or whatever ....thousands of dollars going to waste...who are you protecting from? Use that money to develop farming in Carriacou. We must grow what we eat!!! Do you know that many of the fruits and vegetables bought to Carriacou are stolen? People need to be careful what they purchase and Eat! Be careful of poisoning and needles...We must grow what we Eat! Careful with eating imported foods...we will pay the price for laziness and refusing to cultivate our few acres...where is the progress in agriculture that we say must continue?
It is sad when people kick down the ladder that they used to climb up; forgetting that they WILL need it to get down one day.....never be ungrateful by pretending not to remember how you got to where you are and all those people who assisted you...be thankful always remembering your roots (where you came from)
Our School System produces students who gain certificates and earn subject passes but lack etiquette and class and real knowledge. An Education System trains teachers who are educated and who would prepare their students for life....most never attain the Being Needs or achieve Self Actualization ( Check Havinghurst 'Hierarchy of Needs')
Since they stop teaching Arithmetic and bring in New Math most young people can't calculate nor estimate nor guesstimate...they can't even use a calculator but they "pass" BCC Math.. when will shake up and develop a meaningful EDUCATION SYSTEM...our School System is preparing our students for nothing....they can't read nor write nor speak English. .Arithmetic is a mystery...PATHETIC.....
